Rob found himself above 18 stone and struggling for breath. He set out to shift it.
He shifted the majority of that weight alone, but what he’d done is create a routine and a way of living that was totally unsustainable.
He’d be exercising for an hour every single day and eating separate meals to the family.
Rob approached me asking for help as he knew he needed to change, but was so afraid of putting all the weight back on.
We slowly pulled Rob’s plan back, making sure we kept an eye on his weight. He was very reluctant but trusted the process.
Rob is now eating with the family, he exercises 3 times a week and he’s lost a bit more weight on top.
